Our Catering Department has received several awards including "Catered Event of the Year" given by the National Association of Catering Executives. Our professional team is able to offer the best culinary services in town.
Ready to Visit Us?
- Option One - Drop-in Service: Drop by during regular business hours with no appointment required. Our Catering Assistant will give you our banquet menus and a quick tour of our venue and also check on date availability for you.
- Option Two - Consultation Appointment: Schedule a consultation appointment with our Director of Catering. Your consultation appointment will last approximately one hour and are scheduled Tuesday through Friday between 10:00am - 5:00pm. The Director of Catering, Jenny Giallanza will review your event needs, create a personalized estimate of charges, a sample floorplan of your event along with a complete walk-through of our venue.
- Option Three - Self Tour: Do you want to just walk around on your own and take a look? Feel free to drop by! The Timber Creek Lodge is open seven days a week, 7:30am - 9:00pm. We do ask that you do not disturb any scheduled events occurring in the Ballroom or Rose Garden.

Our Professional Staff
Jenny Giallanza
Catering Sales Manager Jenny began her Timber Creek Ballroom career in 1996. She designs any catering event into an "affair to remember" with a natural creative flair, each event is always customized to exceed customers' expectations. In creating menus, food presentation, invitations, ambiance, or centerpieces; she treats each guest as if they were coming into her home and it shows. She has been recognized by the National Association of Catering Executives (N.A.C.E.), Sacramento Chapter, who named her Caterer of the Year.
Kathy Cameron
Catering Assistant Kathy began her career at an Oahu Golf Resort over 30 years ago. As part of the longstanding, successful team, she really enjoys meeting prospective guests, taking them on tours of our venue, and discovering their individual event needs, and acknowledges the importance of accurate event planning.
Isaac Sanders
Banquet Manager Isaac began his Timber Creek Ballroom career in 2000. Initially a Banquet Server he was promoted to Banquet Manager, overseeing all facets of event operations. Known for his calm demeanor and high level of customer service, Isaac enjoys working with all of the wonderful management staff and takes pleasure in meeting and interacting with members and guests.Timber Creek Ballroom
